John and Jenny Makepeace will open their beautiful house and garden in Beaminster to the public on July 29th to aid the artists affected by the fire at St Michael’s Trading Estate in Bridport.
‘Farrs’ will be open from 2pm – 5pm. There will be a £5 entry fee with children free and all proceeds will go to the St Michael’s Fire Fund.
The gardens include rolling lawns and topiary around the house along with a beautiful circular stone pavilion designed by John Makepeace. Jenny Makepeace produces a riot of colour throughout the summer.
