The ever-popular Bridport historic guided walks run each Tuesday and Thursday during the school summer holidays. The Tuesday walks explore East Street and Barrack Street, with the Thursday walks ambling down West Street, South Street and Gundry Lane.
It’s a fabulous way to learn more about the town’s origins as far back as Anglo-Saxon times. Tours leave from the Museum at 10 am and cost £3.50 per adult. Children and well-behaved dogs are free! The walks last around 1.5 hours and are all easy, level walking.
